Reservations
Thank you for
choosing Iguana Tours, the Manuel Antonio specialist! Please
send all reservations by fax, telephone or email to our main
office in Quepos, Costa Rica. Your reservations will be
confirmed with rack and net rates, as well as pick-up times and
any other necessary information within 24 hours. To help us
serve you better, please make sure to clearly specify the pick
up location needed for each guest and any special details needed
for their adventure with us.
Payments
In regard to
tours booked in advance, Iguana Tours requires payment made at
least 15 days before the
date of the actual tour -- unless other arrangements are made.
Payments may be made in advance to the following accounts or via
our Credit Card Form, yet if after depositing the funds please
send us a copy of the deposit by fax or email to our main office
so that we can confirm the prepayment

Cancellation Policies
If necessary, please
send cancellations by fax, telephone or email to our main office
in Quepos, Costa Rica. Unfortunately, there will be no refund on
cancellations made 48 hours
before the confirmed pick up time for any tour. If we cancel a
pre-paid tour due to weather or unsafe conditions, we will
re-schedule your tour or refund your payment. For group tours,
there are no refunds on cancellations made
7 days before the date of the
tour.
In case of a cancellation, Iguana Tours will credit the the total
amount prepaid when following our cancellation policies. If there
are any questions in regard to these policies, please call our
Director of Operations directly.
