Iguana Tours was founded in 1989 to preserve our most treasured natural resource in Costa Rica – our country.  Today the company’s objectives are the same -- to preserve Costa Rica’s natural resources; to actively engage the Manuel Antonio community; to employ as many locals as possible; to educate the community, staff and customers to be better stewards of our tropical rain forest; and to promote eco-tourism all over the world – one customer at a time.  Bottom line, we are THE Manuel Antonio specialist.

Owned and operated by a family group of local investors and community leaders – Jorge Cruz, Gilberth Cruz, Don Gilberto Gomez, and Henry Gomez – we at Iguana Tours pride ourselves by operating a world-class, reputable, safety-conscious family business.  Iguana Tours allows individuals, families, and large groups to discover the true adventures and exotic treasures of a beautiful land we all so desperately strive to preserve – every day, on every tour, and through every one who shares with us the Iguana Tours experience.  And we are so fortunate to be able to provide professional-grade, bilingual, customer-focused, educational adventures that do just that.
